2. Eligibility & User Responsibility

- You are responsible for providing accurate passenger and booking details.
- Incorrect details may result in denial of service without refund.
3. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of required payment and supplier confirmation.
- Payment methods available will be displayed during the booking process.
- Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Fees
- Prices are subject to change due to supplier revisions, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes.
- Any applicable service fees charged by us are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
All cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by the rules and restrictions of the respective travel supplier.
- Cancellation or change requests must be submitted through our official communication channels.
- Supplier penalties may range from partial to 100% of the booking value.
- Our service fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.
- No refunds are guaranteed for no-shows or unused services.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method and may take approximately
7–21 business days, depending on the supplier and payment processor.
6. Airline Schedule Changes & Supplier Cancellations
Schedule changes, delays, or cancellations by airlines or suppliers are beyond our control.
Any refunds or alternatives are subject to supplier policies.
7. Travel Documents & Insurance
- You are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, transit visas, and health documentation.
- Visa refusal or denied boarding does not qualify for a refund.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to
natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or acts of war.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We act solely as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected booking.

All content, trademarks, and materials on our websites are owned or licensed by us and may not be copied,
reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
